Leadership

Pastor Eric started at Faith Fellowship in August of 2007 as the Youth Pastor where he served till taking the Lead Pastor position in 2018. Eric attended Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX. He has been serving full-time in ministry since 1992 and he has served in different capacities of ministry since finishing school.

Pastor Josh has been attending Faith Fellowship since 2004 and joined our staff as a Pastor in 2022. Prior to joining our staff, he worked as a classroom teacher for 26 years in California, Brazil, and most recently at CK High School. He has a Masters Degree in Education and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics. He was born in Washington but raised in Italy where his parents served as missionaries.  He has been married to his wife Michelle since 1995 and together they have two daughters. 

Before becomming a mother of 5 kids Donnette was a certified teacher with a Bachelors Degree in Education. She homeschooled all of her children raising them up at Faith Fellowship since the mid 90's. She applied for and accepted the Children's Director position in March of 2019. However, before that time she ran several Vacation Bible Schools here at Faith Fellowship and volunteered her time to make children's church a place for kids to learn about the love of Christ.

Billy accepted the position of Youth Intern in October of 2022. Before this he was volunteering and helping lead youth group on Wednesday nights. Billy has participated and led worship for youth group and the Sunday morning worship service. He began attending Northwest University in 2022 where his goal is to get a Bachelors degree in Christian Ministry with a concentration in Worship Music. 

Victoria came to Faith Fellowship as the Office Manager in August of 2018. She has an Associates Degree in Accounting and has worked in the accounting field for over 20 years. Her and her family have attended Faith Fellowship Church since 1999 when they moved to the Kitsap area from Alaska.
