MEN’S SPRING RETREAT
Join the Men of Faith from May 1st to May 3rd at Black Lake Retreat in Olympia. The cost is $145 and includes accommodations and meals while at Black Lake. Each room has bunkbeds and a private bathroom. You will need to bring sheets or a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, snacks, toiletries, Bible, pen, paper, and appropriate clothes for optional activities. RANGER DERBY
The races are coming Saturday April 18th. Registration starts at 8AM. The car kids are available from any Ranger commander. ANYONE is welcome to join in and build a car. For more information or to purchase a car kit please contact any commander or call Jesse Humphries at 860-514-7597

Pray for our Mission Partners Sunday, April 12th after service in the Multi-Purpose Room downstairs. We will be praying to lift up our mission partners with their praise and prayer requests. Everyone is invited to stay and pray with us.

Join us Sunday, April 19th, after the service for a potluck. We are hosting a Taco Bar ahead of Cinco de Mayo. Families can sign up to bring a piece of the meal (the church will cover taco meat and beans) or a dessert to share. Everyone is welcome to stay, fellowship, and enjoy good food. ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL
Join Pastor Josh for a 7-week adult Sunday school class about what the Bible says, and does not say, about the end times. This class starts at 9AM in the Loft (upstairs). You will find out about exegetical eschatology and how to (and not to) read the Bible, the four approaches to the Book of Revelation, the Antichrist and the future of the world and other things will be unpacked in this class.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL (VBS)
Volunteers are needed for VBS. If you are good with decorating, helping kids, putting snacks together, administrative things or teaching we are asking for your help. Come spend time with the Women of Faith Fellowship at our Paint & Praise evening. It will take place on Thursday, April 23rd from 5:45PM - 7:15PM. You will receive step-by-step instructions from local artist Beth while she instructs us to paint a landscape painting. The cost is $20 per person. SUSA
Summer in the USA is a program in which students ages 14-18 come from the Basque country and spend a month in host homes. These students come and stay in your home and become family before they leave to head home. If you would like more information or to apply to host a student please visit: summerintheusa.com/host

Children’s church is in need of volunteers on Sunday mornings. The goal is to have enough people volunteer so that volunteers only have to be downstairs once a month. Classes are set up by age group. From time to time in our church we have families that need meals either due to having surgery or a baby. Right now, our list of helpers is small, so we are looking for people to fill that list. We need babysitters for a once-a-month Monday night FRG meeting and other occasional events. These are paid positions. If you or your teenager are interested, please contact Victoria Burton in the church office or call/message her cell phone 360-440-8956.
